Domonique Briggs, Ms. Corporate America Illinois, is a certified Real Colors® facilitator, Emotional Intelligence Expert, and founder of Urban Community Alliance, LLC. With over a decade of experience in education and nonprofit leadership, she has helped more than 1000 educators and young people strengthen their emotional resilience and interpersonal skills through workshops and 1:1 coaching. A published author, keynote speaker, former corporate professional, and proud HBCU graduate, Domonique is also a devoted mom of two, committed to transforming communities through culturally grounded resources and emotionally intelligent leadership.
